DIY Tiger Costume

  

 My son had an animal assembly in school and he needed to dress up like an animal for it. He had an answer ready for what he should become " Tiger".

  So we decided to make him a tiger. First we thought of buying a costume. But then it occurred to us he already have an orange coloured pants from (h&m)we only need a t-shirt.

    So we bought a full-sleeve t-shirt ( basics from Babyshop) also. Now it needed stripes. For that there was some felt paper left in the house. My husband cut into long and short stripes. 

        Next we needed to stick it on the dress; some glue would have been enough but we just stitched the both ends of the stripes on to the dress. And then we pasted a light yellow coloured felt on the t-shirt. 

      He also needed a mask to make him 

look more like a tiger- my husband is very good at this. He just cut an orange coloured chart paper and made it into a tiger mask; and attached a fishing string on the sides of it . Tiger costume ready !!!
