King Fish in dry roasted coconut gravy

Ingredients 
King Fish :1/2k
 Onion:5numbers (sliced) 
Tomato :2(sliced) numbers. 
Green chili- sliced straight 3 to 4nmr
Curry leaves - (as required). 
 Ginger garlic paste -(as required). 
 Coconut-1 bowl.
Shallots - (10)nbr
Coriander (seeds)-2 to 3 spoon. 
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 3tsp
Oil(as required). 
Tamarind black (a small bowl) 
Salt - as required 


Take a pan,pour oil,
Fry shallots  (3) coriander  seeds and grated coconut slightly brown.
Grind nicely and keep it a side. 
Pour oil,fry green leaves, green chillies,  ginger,garlic paste, onion, sliced small onions, tomato nicely. Put salt as required.

Add turmeric powder, chilli powder to it. 
Add tamarind stir nicely and put the fish. Cook it. After cooking it add the coconut paste, stir slightly with out spoiling the fish.

After that take the curry out from the stove, pour little oil and garnish with green leaves.

   Tastes best when prepared in an earthen pot.
